Training, Not Scripts
Our leadership came up through the field. You will learn from people who still do the work, not from a call-centre script.

Work Somewhere That Trains You
Element is a family-owned plumbing, heating and air company serving Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona communities. We are not a franchise, and our founders work alongside the team rather than from the sidelines.
If you take pride in doing the job right, explaining it plainly to a homeowner, and leaving a house better than you found it, we would like to hear from you — whether you are a licensed technician or looking for a way into the trades.
Year-Round Work
Plumbing, heating, cooling and water treatment across Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams and the surrounding communities means the work does not disappear with the season.
Real Equipment
Sewer cameras, hydro jetters and proper diagnostic tools. You will not be asked to do a professional job with improvised gear.
Local and Family-Owned
Decisions get made here in Northern Arizona by the people whose name is on the vans, not by a private-equity owner in another state.
